As we do every year, we are appealing to VFP chapters, businesses, and allied organizations to contribute to the 2025 VFP Convention by placing an ad in the convention handbook.  Ads are due by July 1, 2025.  To be eligible for the Early Bird discounts, ads must be received on or before MONDAY, JUNE 16, 2025!

Ad Dimensions & Prices

This year we are offering four different ad sizes:

a) Full Page: 7.5″W x 9″H – $400
b) Half of a Page: 7.5″W x  4.25″H – $200
c) Third of a Page: 7.5″W x 2.75″H – $150
d) Quarter of a Page: 3.5″W x 4.25″H – $100

How to Purchase Your Ads

For each ad you wish to purchase, choose the ad size option from the drop-down menu at the top of this page and click “add to cart”.

Discounts

The following “coupon codes” may be applied at checkout.  Multiple discounts can be applied (one at a time)  as long as ad criteria and order subtotal are met.

• 2025Conv_Multiple_Ads for a 10% discount on multiple ads – minimum $200
• 2025Conv_Camera_Ready_Ads for a 10% discount on camera-ready ads – minimum $100
• 2025Conv_Earlybird_Ads for a 10% discount on ads placed on or before the Earlybird deadline of June 16, 2025 – minimum $100

Ad Payment

Online (preferred):  After selecting the ad sizes and adding to cart, go to your shopping cart, enter applicable discount (“coupon”) codes, and follow online payment instructions.

By Postal Mail:  Write a check to “Veterans For Peace” earmarked “2025 Convention Ad” and mail to: Attn: Shelly Rocket, Veterans For Peace, 3407 S. Jefferson Ave, #219, St. Louis, MO 63318.

Ad Submission

Design your ad according to dimensions provided, and saved in one of the following graphic file formats (no Word docs please): pdf, jpeg, png, psd, tiff.  Resolution must be 300 ppi or higher.  Email your camera-ready artwork to: convention_advertising@veteransforpeace.org.

If you want VFP to design or refine your ad, email convention_advertising@veteransforpeace.org with the text you want to include, along with any graphic files you have in hand (logo, photo, whatever), and don’t forget to include the ad size(s) you have chosen to purchase.
